When will my order be delivered?

You determine the details for the delivery of your package. And you can do this both before and during shipment. GLS offers numerous delivery options. The guarantee for fast and easy delivery of the goods you ordered.

You will receive an email from GLS with information about your shipment and a link to our web page with delivery options. GLS will inform you of the estimated delivery time, with a time span of 3 to 5 hours. Then you can ensure that someone can receive the package that day.

Can no one receive the package? No worries. GLS allows you to adjust the delivery in a few simple steps: click on the link in the email and you have immediate access to the delivery options for your package.

We do our best to deliver orders as soon as possible. After approval, your order will be delivered (provided the product is in stock). With Afterpay this can sometimes take a little longer because your order must first be approved. Stock information is stated as standard in the product information on our website. For products for which stock information is (temporarily) not available on the website, you can contact your account manager or the Web sales department 0031 (0)643241228. They can tell you the expected delivery time. Please note: all delivery times reported on our website and/or by our sellers themselves are indicative and may change afterwards.

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs for delivery addresses in the Netherlands & Belgium are €4.95 incl. VAT per order under €40, everything above is free if you order via our website. This is a fixed amount regardless of the number of items or the number of shipments per order. Our orders are delivered by GLS.

Abroad

As a rule, shipping abroad is more expensive than shipping within . Because we cannot calculate the exact shipping costs prior to placing an order, this will only be calculated and communicated after you have placed your order. If you want to have an order delivered abroad, you will receive a message from us with the exact shipping costs after placing your order.
